yeargh if theyre going to do that sort of non combat ship sim why the heck don't they use the concepts from the early days of exploration and allow you to recreate the Captain Cook voyages filling missing parts of the world map discovering new species etc etc as you go---it would still be pretty dull --but with some thought applied to the on ship enviourment etc etc it would at least have the occasional moment of curiosity ---include the actual diarys from the vessels voyage captains cooks and the naturalist on board and have it revealed page by page chapter by chapter as you locate various islands etc--add in a few genuine navigational challenges ---weather problems etc and it might be ok for a while :hmm:

Ahhhh comeon CCIP...are you telling me that maneuvering a ship in Hamburg at 3 knots is a load of fun mate? I used to fly 747s in FS for 10 hours straight and i didnt find it fun but this little sim knocked my shoes off :rotfl:
