realisim mods and where to get them

i've been away for a while, and last time i played RUB1.45 was the ultimate in realisim, could a few of you give me some advice on what you consider the best mods at the moment for realisim.

i've heard of a few but i'm a bit unsure where to get them, or what goes with what. From what i understand grey wolves is the most complete, but i also like the sound of the NYGM mods (how many are there?), and also the randomisation mods with SH3Cmdr ( latest version, not out yet?)

forgive me if this has been answered before, but it's quite confusing when youv'e been away to keep up, and the user mods link at the top of the forum doesn't seem to be up to date/working.
Oh! one small problem, i'm with NTL as an isp, and can't download from rapidshare.
