Questions about Scapa Flow

Hello everyone! I'm a new Silent Hunter III player.

I started out playing Aces of the Deep in 1994 when I was still in High School. I don't remember what interested me to buy the game, but once I did I was totally hooked on the campaign mode. It was insane the amout of time I put into that game. Got me interested in learning more about WWII and submarine warfare though.

Anyway I was cleaning though some old boxes last week and found my old AOD spiral bound manual. It brought back so many memories! So I immediately started searching for the modern day equivalent and found SHIII. I was totally blown away! Amazing game. It's got all the good things I enjoyed in AOD.

I started a 100% realism 1939 campaign in Flotilla 1. I completed my first patrol and decided to take a trip to Scapa Flow since my patrol area was next to it. I snuck in without incident but now I'm stuck. My intent was to wait around for the Royal Oak but she's not shown herself. I've been sitting stationary, at silent running, offshore for 3 weeks submerged. I only surface at midnight fpr a few minutes to replenish the air in the boat.

It's now October the 13th and I've not seen a single thing. I've been stationed between the destroyers and the docks. Did I head in too far and missed her? I ran some searched on the board but could never find anything about the exact location she's at.
