Looking for a Thread and a Nomograph.

I just started playing SH3 after a few month break. I remember there was a thread somewhere in the SH3 section that linked to all the guides and helpful threads on the fourm. It had a massive list of tutorials for navigation and printable charts. I have looked for this thread for a while now and cannot find it. Can someone provide a link or point me in the right direction?

I am also wondering if anyone has a Time/SI measurement/Knot nomograph that I can print? I have searched around but I cannot find any that are legible. I would be willing to remake one in Photoshop if someone can give me something to work off of.
