I have a few questions about the Mods I am using. Here is what I have installed, and they are listed in the order that I installed them (all were installed over a clean SH3/1.4B Patch install):
Grey Wolve V1.0 Grey Wolve Update V1.1 Tonnage War Mod V1.03 Tonnage War Mod V1.03 Terrain Add-In Extended Unified Campaign (GW+NYGM) Tanker IV seafloor Mod Atmosphere Mod V2 16km Dark My first question is, did I install these mods in the correct order? Am I missing anything? The next question is, does the Extended Unified Campaign mod work in combining GW with NYGM? Should I left off the Tonnage War Mod V1.03 Terrain Add-In? I think I followed the directions properly, but they did not mention the Terrain Add-In mod. One of the issues that I am having is that I am not able to see 16KM's like I am supposed to be able to. I am still limited to 8KM at the max, even with smoke trails. I am not sure if I was supposed to install the "Atmosphere Mod V2 16km Dark" like I did, or if I needed to also install the "Atmosphere Mod V2 16km Light" as well, or if I should not have installed either. I don't know what exactly they do, and which one I am supposed to install. They came with the GW mod as an extra add-on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have spend way to much time already trying to get this all straight, so I am just going to start asking for help. |

I am trying to do the same:
http://www.subsim.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=51657 EUC was made for GW 1.0 so you are missing the JIRM Rec Manual and some other things the way you installed it. There are some other small things that annoyed me, like the rudder control being a stopwatch now. That was a good solution before the GW draggable chrono was available. I changed the menu_1024_768.ini file in the data/menu folder and used the GW dials.cfg in the data/menu/cfg folder to get the manual working and get rid of the rudder control. PM me and give me your email. I will mail my menu_1024_768.ini file to you, so you can see if its working for you. I am not that sure since I've made some more changes in other files (deleting them for the most part) I lost track with. |
