Help with crew after Real Uboat Mod 1.45

Finally felt confident enough to try out the 'real uboat' mod. But now all my crew in all quarters are just standing around with their arms outstretched. What did I do wrong?

I remember this has been discussed somewhere in the forum when RuB was a new one. Haven't got that my self anyway. You could also post your problems to the SHIII mod forum.
