It will be released soon, but don't expect big changes. Unless someone has completely fixed the sub models (railings, reflections, skins, etc. along with the RUb dat file settings), and unless the guy who did it is willing to have his work in RUb, it's probably just going to be 1.45 with my final few minor tweaks.

For those who are interested I'm currently working on adding Ref's Canals and CCIP's traffic and towns to the mod, so I guess that's a major addition.

That's great you are back on the work again, Beery! I'm still using RuB so it's nice to hear there might be something new coming into it! Without your + others work SHIII would have been just a game among so many others. So, Thanks a lot!
