Just returning to SH3 - Q's about Grey wolves Mods

Hi,

I'm returning to SH3 after a bit of a lay-off, and just have a couple of Q's about this new mod:

1) Do i still need Harbour traffic (1.47) or is this included?

2) Does grey wolves replace Real U-boat as the realism mod of choice or is it included?

3) does it work with SH3 Commander?

4) I'm guessing it should be installed with 1.4 patched version of sh3 - am i correct?

Sorry to ask these Q's but the "Features Readme" is Rapidshare hosted and my ISP (NTL) doesn't like rapidshare!!
