Problem with execute icon ?

Hi, i change me DVD-Rom and i must reinstall SH3 in the same time (Big crash for my PC). Ok, i can install the stuff, the key code work well, but after this stage, when i double-click on the icon, i receive this message: put your DVD-Rom in another player.

Can you help me ?
