I am very new at using mods so I may have messed up, but I installed iub using the jones tool but when I run sh3 it doesn't look any different, as if the mod didn't install. Is there anything special I have to do? I greated the mod folder as indicated, the jones tool shows the mod is installed, but no go. Any thoughts?

double check the directories:
SH3 | +-MODS ----+---- RUB1.45 -----------+-data Depending on how you extracted the archive, you may ended with <your path>\RUb1.45\RUb1.45\data and that's one RUB too deep. |

Browse to the Mods/!Backup/data folder and check if
there are any backup saved (file names should end with the name of the mod). Which version of JSGME are you running (shows in the main window of the utility)? |
