Breaking the rules?

I felt very aggressive last night sailed in to a neutral port, identified two enemy ships a C3 and a T2 and sunk them. On leaving the port a neutral Destroyer had a go at me and failed and not once did I take on the Destroyer or any other neutral ships. My conclusion may be I should raise the Skull and Crossbones flag.

Never thought about neutral ports having enemy ships in them.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out next time I'm near one.
