Hope this has not already been asked?
I Have downloaded and used the Grey Wolves Mod , can any of the other Mods not (RUB, IUB, NYGM) that are available be added ie. das boot officers mods, das boot sound mods.

You can pretty much change sounds and graphics at will... but the moment you change a gameplay related file, you risk damaging/nullifying other intended effects.

... As above though you can change individual graphic and sound files at will.
