Managing sounds in sh3

Hi

1.I'm just wondering if there's a possibility to set which sound should be played at a specific moment. Do you know the file responsible for this? How to assign a new sound?

2.I use Grey Wolves mod. It's a great work, but longer reload time and reduced shell's damage is to much for me, I mean, deck gun is totally useless. Just try to complete Naval Artillery Training. My question is: what files should I replace to get the old gun parameters? Eventually which file must be changed (and where) to restore efectivness of guns?

You can change the Deck Gun parameters with SH3 Commander.
