SCREEN RESOLUTION in SH3

Is it possible to change screen resolution in SH3 and if Yes, how and where ? ? ? (currently is 1024 x 760)

In all other sims or games it is so simple . . .

P.S. Have ATI 9600 pro which is OK for 1280 x 960
