How to import/export obj-files in 3dsmax 7

hello

iÂ´ve read the tutorial of working with 3dsmax written by seeadler but my browser doesnÂ´t show the pictures. so i donÂ´t now what i have to set in the import and export dialogue. he alo wrote something about the material editor but i canÂ´t find it. so i hope someone of can give me a tutorial with pictures i can see or only writte words. thank you
