Cloning crewmembers !? ?

Twice now when working in the crew screen(F7) & when awarding medals i have had a crew member clone himself. At this rate we will soon win the war..but has anyone else experienced this?

Not a big problem as i can fix it with commander or by dismissing the clone for other duties, still it's most peculiar!
