DW told me to update sound card

Hello. I went to the sound option display, and the game told me I should update my sound card, because it could affect performance. I have a VIA AC'97 Audio (wave) version 6.14.0001.3850 (english) The co. is VIA Technologies Inc. I went on the site but don't understand it. Does anybody have this card? Can somebody send me a link for a instant update? Thanks, Jim.

Dangerous Waters uses capabilities of sounds cards that most onboard soundcards don't have. Therefore it either doesn't run or you encounter some problem or other. Check out the FAQ for more info.
