Could Someone Recommend The best Sh3 Mods ?

First, Let me say I havent downloaded a mod in six months now and I am curious as to whats new and most used in the sh3 universe. Plus, Which ones are most liked Visual/sound or game play mods? I have looed around but there are so many additions that It's hard to choose.

What do you consider 'best'? Do you want more realism? Easier gameplay? Better graphics? Better sounds?

Have a good look around. There are already many threads on 'Best' and 'Must-have' mods.
