Sound mod help

Decided to add Sailor Steve's Das Boot sounds. He has you put all the all the speech sounds into the "Speech" folder's nine folders. Other sound mods I've used tell me to put the speech sounds into the "Speech_En" folder's nine folders. What is the difference between the "Speech" folder and the "Speech_En" folder?

Speech is for german voice, Speech_En for english.

All German for me. On the other hand, if you like to use the English voices, AnzacMick did his own Das Boot collection using the dubbed version. It's good.
