Default Domestic spying nonsense

I am so tired of reading this domestic spying bullcrap in the papers every day. Do these dumb asses know that this has been going on for 20 to 30+ years??? Do they also know that it is 100% legal, no matter how much they don't like it? It is funny to watch how truely clueless people really are.

How is it legal? Plain and simple (wait till this one comes out in the paper and we see how upset people are) - the US itself is 'not' spying on US citizens. Case closed. You ask, well how are they getting that information then? The answer is, through Echelon. We can't spy on ourselves legally, so how do you get around that? You get your buddies to do it for us using our own designed equipment. Those buddies are Australia, and the UK! In trade, we spy on them for their gov too. Then, at the end of the day, you just swap information on each other and everyone goes home happy. Just wait till Australians and UK'ers find out that we are spying on them! This whole spying thing is going to get funny!

Right now, I think Bush is just trying to keep this thing from blowing up in that direction, but soemthing tells me, he won't keep it under lock and key forever. So a 30+ year program is about to be blown wide open!
