Default Creating own harbour layouts ?

Aloha,

I started to create an own location for 'Helgoland / north sea' and used for it the orig. included layout of Bergen, cause its closes to the origninal harbour.
Someone in a german Forum mentioned in my post, to check here for a post by sergbuto. Tried search function here, but found nothing yet.

If anyone knows how to create own harbour layouts (*.dat files) or know which threat it might be by sergbuto handling this case, plz post it in here.

thx and greetz

For what I understand the harbours are created with premade blocks (something like lego), that are stored in harbor_kit.dat, the individual harbours dat files only references the block number and give it coordinates, perhaps CCIP can help you about that.

someone shourld first redesign St. Nazaire - i was looking at the old war photos of it and it looked nothing like the game version at all. for one thing the real one had all the u-boat pens located on an inside area away from outside docks. there was also a huge dry dock made for battleships.
