Best fatigue mod

I need some help. I am trying to find the best fatigue mod.

I tried Realtime_fatigue v24 and it seems good, but all the crew fatique at the same rate regardless of rank or experience or endurance.

Also, I am not sure if I installed it correctly. I read the readme at Realsimulation.com and not quite sure what they mean.

Can someone enlighten me.....

I prefer the Hollywood living crew mod. I've tried NYGM CM mod (v1.1) but I didn't like it, because it has an annoying 'bug' when switching crew from diesel to electrics and back again.
