Just wondering if anybody has this program....seems pretty cool.
![]() Not sure about the RuB mod for fatigue, don't seem realistic..meaning leaving the same guys on station for days on end...no rotation of crews. Am I missing something? ![]() What stratiegies do you guys use for crew rotation...if any? thanks |

SHIII Commander has four different fatigue mods to pick from plus, you can import and use your own settings if you wish. I use the no fatigue one because I feel the kommandeur had better things to do than tell the crew when to change shifts.

Import? meaning you can modify the file?
I see that crew does not recover when fatigued...how do you deal with that?? |

If using RUb fatigue, crew doesn't need to recover and it won't recover.
But anyway I suggest you try this one http://www.subsim.com/phpBB/viewtopi...=47907&start=0

I posted a collection of models to download for SH3 commander...just check readme...the Hollywood and NYGM crew fatigue models react better to their damage models...so if you want them to react to their design be sure to have them installed as well. I was confused as well so I made this collection to try each one of them.

With the RUB fatigue model you DO have to rotate the crews. The ones in the quarters may not recover, but they also don't get worse. You need to rotate them so they all fatigue at the same rate.

The Hollywood Crew Fatigue Model is very good also.
