Default Graphical Issues

I am getting ready to upgrade my machine next week, but I experience something odd that I wanted to bring up. Last night while playing, all the ships wakes were replaced by a big white square. The square also surrounded the rest of the ship.

My machine isn't great right now. It will be next week though. But I wanted to see if you guys think my hardware is the problem, or if a mod could be causing this. Right now im running about 10 mods.

1.4gig AMD Athlon
NVidia GeForce 5200
512 megs RAM.

my guess is corrupted grafix drivers - download the latest and reinstall.

If you have a chance to pick vga card, then don`t buy nVidia... any ATI will do the job much better in SH3. There are a lot of GeForce owners having weird problems with smoke or too bright sun (like me). Driver issue.

The 7800(gs) is my next planned upgrade in about another month, thrilled it came out for AGP! Not yet ready to upgrade my motherboard and all that

Make sure your power supply can handle the new card, you need at least a high-quality 350W PSU, if you have a power-hungry CPU you need an even bigger power supply.
