The little icon that appears sometimes with the flood one

I have been reading the manual but I cant find it.

When the uboat is damaged, sometimes you see some special damage icons appear in the damaged parts. There is the flood one which is easy to spot. But sometimes I have another one, a kind of glass-clock or something with two crossed lines and I can't find what it means.

Does someone know ?

One is how long till the compartment is flooded, and the second is how long before your repair crew stops the flooding if they are assigned to this task.

You better be sure the second number is smaller then the first, or your in serious trouble.
