As soon as I pass the camera below the waves, the screen just "sticks" from whatever the last surface image was. (usually solid blue, or the reflection of a ship's hull in the waves.)
I do have all of Avon Lady's recommended mods (installed in order.) Perhaps it is a problem with one of the mods. I'd like to know if anyone else knows about this bug and how to fix it. I did a search both within our forum and through google, and wasn't able to find mention of it. |

Whats your computer like? What video card? Was the underwater view working before you installed the mods?

I played the game a while ago on this same machine (this was before 1.04b) and it worked fine. However, that being said, I know other people are using the mods without trouble. So I'm not sure what exactly the issue is in this instance.
My video card is a 9700 and my CPU is a 2.4Ghz AMD. They haven't had trouble running any other games, except for the big graphic intensive shooters where I might need to turn down the video settings a bit. The problem itself seems to be getting worse. Here is an example of how bad it has become, I can't even play the game on the surface anymore: ![]() |

Go to the ATI website and download the newest drivers for your video card, that may help...
Also defragment your hard drive and run windows update. If neither of those work then perhaps you should try to reinstall the game ![]()
