help with docks

i thought i might make my own mod for dock traffic, adding in more, when i realized that in my editor map i can't see docks at all! i have the latest patches loaded and i even tried loading other Campaign_LND. by loading _LND files i can see where the harbors are, but i can't see the maps of them. i think i once saw them in my editor back in June of 2005. am i missing something or is RedBrow just a Low Brow??
