I've got an idea for a new tool for setting weather options. As far as I know it's easy to make and hasn't been done before.

After doing several patrols in horrible weather I've had enough of heavy fog, with this tool you can set the weather options exactly how you want them.
Don't like fog? no worries. What about rough wind and rain? not a problem. Want the weather exactly to your preference through your whole patrol? also done

And here is a .exe version to check out if you still don't follow exactly what I mean

Now for the bad news...
This doesn't do anything now - I need some talented, nice modder to help build it
