Being from West Central Illinois...we have just broke the record for the warmest January EVER! Coupled with the small amount of precipitation in both January and December...we are concerned on how bad this spring and summer are going to be for the farmers.

This is just what the Illinois farmers need after the drought last year. I might be from the city, but I do care about our states agricultural types, and it looks like another rough year for them.
