Maybe there a new version of low profile escorts that can dive during an airattack????

I've got a problem with spawning ships too, although mine takes the form of ships that are stationary (or only moving at 1 knot).
I keep coming across these "ghost ships" and it's not nearly as fun as finding one that's under way...

Once I came across 2 stationary destroyers, side by side, at the same heading,
no more than 3 meters apart, with no crewmen on deck
Easy kill, but no real fun, though.
