and would like to know if you think a weapon system like this could give a navy a bigger punch during caostal patrol activities, covert actions and/or amphibious operations.

Interesting gizmo, but... D'you remember, how many enthusiastic voices were when Sea Shadow was displayed to public? Some years passed... And old good Tomahawk still rules as always. A new toy, new concept... Let's see what it can be. It's too early to say.
