Help on install for Rubini's harbor mod??
Guys can anyone offer some tips on how to (and where to ) install Rubini's 147 harbor mod. I have a buddy who was kind enough to down load it for me since I do not have cable or high speed. I am not very good with file management so can some one walk me through an install? I have offical version 1.4b on my machine and no other mods yet. I just want to do it right!

If you already havent downloaded Jscones mod enabler, download it now from here: http://members.iinet.net.au/~jscones...ucts/jsgme.zip
Then follow the instructions on the readme of the mod enabler.
