And He was certainly watching over me in THIS case!
Was sneaking into Loch Ewe at periscope depth, ahead slow, time compression 1X. This takes a while so while passing time, I go to external view just browsing around and when I look under water, I discover that I have just finished passing through a mine field on a straight course! ![]() Talk about "pucker factor!" From the bow, looking back, I could see these things all over the place. Now had I intentionally tried that, I probably couldn't have done it in a thousand attempts. Needless to say, I left by a different route. |
