new and unusual error

Ive just come to play today and now ive got a graphical error. When using the periscope my view goes black when it should be 'shimmering' when its wet. The only thing that could of caused it is I installed world of warcraft a few days ago.
Any ideas what the problem could be or how to fix (without getting rid of WoW)

Try to reinstall the graphics driver, I donÂ´t think that it has anything to do with WoW. If that doesnÂ´t solve the problem install a newer or older version of the driver.

If you have Sub Commander you can dial up the water density, I did this and got exactly that effect. I changed it back to default values and presto... splish splash on the scope. I wouldn't know how to do that maunually (or even check it) but I'm sure someone does

Dont worry, I played again today and its back. Must have been one of those crazy one off error.
