how would you .....
how do you or would you command your crew if you were in charge of a real life submarine
me personaly; in no hard arse there will be the discipline but there will be a totaly relaxed atmosphere as i dont enjoy shouting or what not, my crew will be both relaxed capible and ready for action. my sub would be commanded by the finest sailors but the ship must be clean and tidy top to bottom (i cant stand mess) personell bunks galley toilettes you name it will be clean. leaniant but fair
