At present I am researching hardware for a new system as my current one (Athlon XP 1900+, 1024sdram, and GeForce 4 4400 128mb) is getting a bit long in the tooth. What hardware review sites use flight sims such as LOMAC and IL2 Forgotten Battles/Pacific Fighters to benchmark system/cpu/graphic card performance? I am tired of the reading thru the typical 1st person shooter benchmarks such as Doom 3/4 and so forth. Any help would be most appreciated.

Kevin saker from southport UK built a 757 / 767 flight sim cockpit for only couple of hundred pounds and he gives a very good account of it on www.avsim.com also look out at www.simviation.com www.fsdome.com www.surclaro.com www.fscharts.com << charts for airports anymore PM me
