Default Saving issue.

Trouble when saving both in a single mission or in campaign. I am not under fire, not submerged & the software says it´s saved OK. Now there is a file created wich is presented in the list. When I try to load the file the sim replies "error during loading save". This means that I only have saves when in port. A bit anoying I think.

Need help please....... :P

The following double-save method has always worked for me:

1. Hit ESC during patrol, select SAVE and give the savepoint an appropriate name.

2. Return to the patrol, hit ESC again and select SAVE & EXIT. Give the savepoint a name like DELETE.

Next time you reload the patrol, reload it from the first save or an earlier one. SH3 will automatically delete the dummy DELETE save from step 2.

I always do that, it is a good idea. I don't think I've had a save problem since I started doing it.

I just have a convention where my patrol saves are all named 00, 01, 02, etc.; and then to exit, I always save and exit to a file named x, and load the last numbered save.

Foolproof so far
