SHIV Expansion to SHIII?

Will this carry over any improvements into SHIII's Atlantic theater (ala IL2) or is this going to be a completely seperate installed game?

I hope that SH4 acts as an expansion pack to SH3 in the similar manner as the IL2 simulation packs.

It would cool to play American against German or vice-versa.

Plus. . if it is an expanion... PLEASE PLEASE fix the bugs still mucked up in Sh3.
