Need help finding util.

Im getting back into SH3, what was that utility for adding torpedos to Uboats?

I liked putting 18 sound tracking fish on a VIIB and going nuts on a convoy

Id do it manually, but that takes too long and since there is a shiny GUI alternative...

Any help is appreciatted.
