Default Graphics card

Which one is a better graphics card to play highly graphics intensive flight simulations such as LOMAC and F4? nVidia or ATI?

That´s like asking "Which car is faster, BMW or Mercedes?". It all depends on the engine... How much money do you want to spend and what´s your current system configuration (CPU/RAM)? Especially F4 is extremely CPU-dependant.

For my next system I am looking at a Nvidia 7800 series card. Just not sure which one yet. Hopefully then harnessed with the right CPU (AMD Athlon 64 X2 +4400 or +4800) I will be able to dust off LOMAC and play it in all it's eye candy glory.
