I saw this awhile ago... Any Idea where?

It was a page someone had set up that had a Sub comparison for each type available in the game. It had quite a bit of info on each one, along with the comparison between the others. Went through the community manual as well as the FAQ but couldn't find it.

I don't remember where I saw the damn thing!

Any help would be great!

Nah, it wasn't that. It had more of a background story to each sub. Hope I can find it again!
