CTD Help Please

Hi guys, I have had a complete system rebuil and lots of grief with it. I had thought I had it all fixed but have had 2 CTD's today. Some info from the microsoft message, : App Name: sh3.exe, MOD Name: kernel.dll

Any ideas ?

Woops, system specs:
AMD64 3000+ MMX 1.8 GHZ
1024MB RAM
Dirct X 9.0c

We need your power supply, video and sound card too.

But first make sure that Sound Acceleration is turned all the way down in your DXDIAG screen and be sure you don't have a CPU overheating problem caused by too small a case and too little air flow.

How are you cooling that beast?
