Default Photos from the Atlantic [SH3 art]

I haven't been working on much SH3 art since my comics. I'm going to make some more (or perhaps a watercolour series), but in the meentime here are some B&W photos from my time in the atlantic.

I tried to make them into a .GIF slideshow but somehow it ended up being 7mb (the whole series is only ~1.2mb )

They're 640 tall, so press F11 if need be to see the whole image.

If Terrapin or someone wants to make this in to a PDF for easy downloading (for people who have trouble getting the images to load) feel free to do so.

A breathtaking montage. The top three are probably the Catalina shot, the ramming destroyer, and the troop transport about to take a torpedo hit.

I love the 3rd shot with the burning destroyer - it looks so real!

I like how in one pic you're right along side an escort and the watch officer is looking in the absolute wrong direction. Very nice. Which prog did you use for the B&W effects?

I actually didn't notice that - lol. However, the other crewmembers' reactions seem appropriate.

I'm using photoshop 6. It's got a filter called 'film grain' which gives it that speckled look, then I just have to change it to grayscale and adjust the brightness/contrast until it looks right.

I've also been trying some waterclolours, but the only shot I've been happy with so far is this one;

I might have to start playing some more to get new shots

Yes. Are you refering to the way the smoke looks?
I've just installed the latest drivers from NVidia, but haven't tried them out yet.
It's also using some smoke mod I can't remember the name of, if you know how to fix it that would be great

Yep, I was talking about the smoke.
I'm sorry...been on ATI for years, and I know nothing about NVidia driver-issues.
