I need help with RUB 1.45-Problem Solved

Hey guys, I've been away for some time.
I reinstalled SH3 and patch it to 1.4b, then d/l the mod enabler and then d/l the new RUB which is 1.45, along with the new SH3 Commander.

Anyways I enabled RUB and installed Commander and started the game but the splash screen doesn't say Real Uboat like it used to. I figured it was just Commander and I ran SH3 normaly and still nothing on the splash screen.

Have I done something wrong somewhere? I'm a stupid, or is the Real Uboat splash screen not there for a reason?

Apologize if this has been brought up before.
