how to play ogg files?

I had to reload windows and reinstall SHIII. I want to use Sailor Steve's Sound files, but cannot play the ogg files. What program do I need to play and use the ogg files? Thanks! Joe S

I use a program called Goldwave. www.goldwave.com
It will play them.

Double click the document, choose to open the way Windows Media Player

Windows Media Player will play them, you might have to download a codec for it first though.

Thanks everyone for your help. Right after I posted the question I remembered something about Goldwave in the readme file so I double checked it and downloaded the trial version. However, I would like to configure it so it automatically runs when I want to open an ogg file. How can I do that?Thanks! Joe S

that's handy to know i keep thinking the voices need a little tadge of reverb to make you feel like your in a metal tube especailly the sonar man --who is often giving you reports from the next compartment
