Question: How to change "default Action"?

Hello,

Just a quick question, hope I haven't missed the answer elsewhere.

In my first career (play DiD) I set the default orders to "periscope depth" whenever an Aircraft is spotted, and I would like to change this.

Anyone know how I go about doing it?

The escape menu has a choice called "options". Reset default action is in there I believe.
