Who did that mod?

Hi everyone!
I need a special mod for the dials.
DonÂ´t know anymore who it did.
I used it together with Pascal`s Dial Mod.
In this mod the black background disappeared and only the instruments were visible.
So.. did the Dials-Mod change somehow to a new version?
In donÂ´t want this black ugly backround around my dials.
Can somebody help me?

Use Photoshop to open Bgr00.tga and Bkgr.tga in the ..data/menu/Gui/Layout directory and fill the RGB and Alpha 1 channels black. Otherwise go here http://sh3modworks.realsimulation.com/ and grab the TransparentDialsOfficer.zip then just copy over the files listed above.
