What are your all-time favourites?

What are your all time favourite games/sims? You know, the ones that are so in-depth and consuming that you just can't bring yourself to uninstall them, and they sit there for years on your drive to be played when all else is boring, or get automatically installed everytime you reload your OS?

My favourites:
X2: the Threat(Soon to be X3)
CivIII(soon to be Civ4)
Silent Hunter III
Daggerfall
Morrowind(Mostly because I don't want to have to re-install all the mods)
FS2004
Operation Flashpoint: Resistance

M1 Tank Platoon (old, but I still play it)

There are a few others I would still have if I had DosBox:
SHI
European Air War
Red Baron 3D
A few Formula 1 games.

I'm not really much of a gamer (though I want to play Pirates so bad my teeth hurt). I just like certain eras and certain machinery.
