Default Those neutral Yanks have gone too far ...

Now I'm mad. After playing quite a few campaigns, I finally realized that until the declaration of war with Germany, the Yanks have been arming their ships. That doesn't seem completely neutral to me. This seems a bit of a joke. I've modded the penalty for sinking neutral ships (just a little) and every American ship I see from now is going to be attacked!

That was one of Roosevelts ways of getting the US into the war in Europe.
