Default I know Ive been playing too much SH3 lately because...

... I was standing in the mens room today at my office. 18th floor of a 40-some story building. The elevator is right behind the mens room wall. The elevator started, and the gears/cable made a kind of whoosh-whoosh-whoosh-whoosh noise... or maybe more of a thrum-thrum-thrum-thrum noise...

Either way, I was standing there and caught myself thinking - "Hmmm... Merchant or warship?"

Time to lay of the SH3 for a while!

Sometimes the default background music (or the Das Boot music) just goes through my head. Quite disturbing.

Yeah, it's grown on me quickly. I only added it to my gramophone about a week ago. It works really well with the game.

what a no-brainer...can't even believe you thought a merchant could fit in an elevator shaft.

had it pegged as a mini-sub half-way through the post.

i also believe that any surface vessel would have reached crush depth by the 2nd - 3rd floor...although i have no data to confirm.

Yeah, but it's not as bad as going snorkelling alone, and having the theme from Jaws keep popping up in your head!

Totally freaked out my holiday to Australia

We're all slightly mad, I'm pleased to say. Now I'd better take a shower, before Alfred Hitchcock starts messing with my mind!

Let's not be afraid to go back in the water, but do it in a steel tube!

I found a still working gramophone in an old antique shop, that still works (wasn't cheap though). If only can only find some discs to play on it.

Thanks for the idea, but I live in Japan, and there aren't many thrift stores here hehe.
